The Automotive Industry definitely runs in the family, growing up my siblings and I spent the majority of our years watching our dad grow his business with 1 box of film in the back of his truck up. In 2013 I would work at my dad’s shop after my full time job helping him wash vehicles, quality checking the installs, writing up vehicles, processing payments and assisting customers. His shop was later acquired by one of the best leading automotive film companies called XPEL in 2015.

I came on board with XPEL full time in 2019 as the service coordinator for XPEL San Antonio, then became the first Team Lead Service Coordinator assisting XPEL’s corporate stores around the US by creating numerous processes, procedures, training manuals and more for installation shops. I honestly never thought I’d love the industry as much as I did, come 2020 I was promoted to the Austin store where I worked as their service coordinator until my manager promoted me in 2022, thus becoming the first female with the title of an; XPEL Store Manager in the US for XPEL. All I wanted was to show everyone that XPEL Austin could be just as good as their other stores and sure enough, my team hit the highest revenue of all XPEL corporate stores in 2023. I ran a successful shop, met great people along the way and built some amazing friendships.

I am beyond excited for my next journey now that I have 8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, installing with the same quality and service;
